Planning Board Meeting - 1.24.17

The Planning Board voted unanimously to pass this issue along to the City Council to VOTE on March 8, 2017. See for yourself the how the Planning Board states it's not about the project, it's about the rezoning and then allowed the lawyers, architects and developer to speak for hours on the project. Even though there was an overwhelming argument by the Citizens of Dover against it, the Planning Board decided to negate our voices at that meeting and pass it along for final vote at City Council.  Our fight against this inappropriate rezoning continues!

This revised USA Training Center proposal letter was submitted to the City of Dover in regards to the rezoning from R-20 (Residential) to I-2 (Commercial/Industrial) and the parcel of land currently owned by the City of Dover from I-4 (Assembly and Office) to I-2 (Commercial/Industrial). The documentation includes the proposed project plan from USA Training Centers, an updated concept map and an updated rezoning map. This is the latest plan and what will be discussed in regards to the rezoning at the Public Hearing at City Hall on January 24, 2017 at 7 pm.
